The Montana Farm Bureau Foundation is excited to announce the annual Foundation Youth Speech Contest will be held during the 2025 FFA State Convention. 

Prizes:  1st place = $400.00, 2nd = $300.00, 3rd = $200.00, 4th = $100 and 5th = $50

One of our Foundation's most important goals is to aid in the agricultural education and the leadership development of Montana's youth. The Foundation Youth Speech Contest will be open to students in the 7th, 8th, and 9th grades, who are also members of either 4-H or FFA. Contestants must register by March 26, 2025, using the link below.

2025 Speech Contest Registration

Speech topic: 

Speeches must be presented within 2.5 to 4 minutes. Points will be deducted for going under or over time. 

What do you envision as your future role in the agricultural industry? Whether your interests lie in farm and ranch production, agribusiness, or supporting rural communities, everyone contributes to this vital sector. 


Points to Address:

  • What are your goals and what challenges might you face?  
  • What resources are available for young individuals planning their future role in agriculture?
