The Montana Farm Bureau Women’s Leadership program strives to change the perceptions about agriculture, family farms and ranches, and about the role of women in agriculture. Changing those perceptions through direct contact, educational programming, leadership development programs, speaking out for our industry, and recognizing the unlimited possibilities for women in agriculture.

The Young Farmer & Rancher (YF&R) Program of the Montana Farm Bureau provides an excellent opportunity for young farmers, ages 18-35, to actively participate in Farm Bureau programs and become leaders in the Farm Bureau organization.

MFBF ACE Program

Montana Farm Bureau’s ACE program is designed to empower Farm Bureau members to be confident, effective leaders in their County Farm Bureau and local communities. Advocacy follows leadership and with practiced, ever-evolving leadership skills, participants will be prepared to actively advocate on key industry issues.

MY AG's mission is to share the importance of agriculture with Montana school children and teachers, including facts about Montana farm animals, major crops, and our way of life.

Promotion & Education (P&E)

The purpose of the MFBF P&E Committee is to promote and assist with centralizing resources that will inspire and equip Montana Farm Bureau members to convey the significance of agriculture. While providing training to agricultural advocates that will utilize the resources and help disperse that information.
