Building a top-ranked team includes fundamentals such as having a deep bench, an effective offense, a strategic defense and most importantly…a playbook! At this training, you will learn about your responsibilities and authorities as a county board member, ways to get new people involved, how to grow your membership and make your county Farm Bureau the most influential and respected group in your community. Join your fellow county board members from across the region for this great opportunity to network and share ideas. Game day snacks will be provided!
